PDF Page Organizer — Rotate, Reorder, Delete Pages & Add a Watermark

Files & ImagesUpdated July 2026

One tool for the four most common PDF page edits: rotate a sideways-scanned page, reorder pages by moving them up or down, delete pages you don't need, and stamp a text watermark (like "DRAFT" or "CONFIDENTIAL") across every page. Runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

How to use this tool

  1. Drop or choose your PDF — every page appears in a numbered list.
  2. Use Rotate to fix sideways pages, ↑↓ to reorder, and × to delete pages you don't need.
  3. Optionally tick 'Add a text watermark' and type your text (e.g. DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL) — it's stamped diagonally across every remaining page.
  4. Press Save changes and download the edited PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No — every edit (rotation, reordering, deletion, watermarking) happens locally in your browser using pdf-lib. Confidential documents never leave your device.

Can I rotate just one page and leave the rest?

Yes — click Rotate on the specific page row you want to fix; each page's rotation is tracked independently, in 90° steps.

Can I undo a delete?

Not directly — if you delete a page by mistake before saving, just reload the same file to start over (nothing is saved until you press 'Save changes').

Can the watermark be an image/logo instead of text?

Not currently — this tool supports text watermarks only (e.g. DRAFT, SAMPLE, your company name). Image watermarking is on the roadmap.
